LIL'S WAY 
 
I am so misunderstood
Not participating in the world's interpretation of normality
Normality is one's personal definition of a participating life
Not to be associated with the whims or customary acts of the insane.
 
Insanity is closing all doors
Staying within the confinement of safety within your demeanor
The mind's activities are personalized and structured
Closing out intruders and not existing in an engraved society.
 
In retrospect, are we really insane or just resting in God's hands?
Flying higher above any reality linked with humanity
I know I'm considered anomalous

I always start my books with poetry. I feel as a writer and reader it definitely sets the mood.
